ZenEntle Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ZenEntle, we take great care in packaging and dispatching your pet wellness essentials so they arrive safely at your doorstep.

Processing & Handling Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a second notification with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched with our courier partner.

Delivery Rates & Timelines

Standard Door-to-Door Courier: 2 to 4 business days.

Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your location (or Flat Rate / Free on orders over R800 if applicable).

Order Tracking

Once your package is picked up by the courier, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the courier system.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us immediately at zenentlewellness@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged package/item so we can resolve it for you right away.
